With my online training program you will receive a personalized training program built around your specific goals, nutrition counseling, motivation, and weekly updates on your progress. While on my program I am available to you 24/7 for questions, advice, and motivation. I take pride in being available to my clients and responding within minutes.
What is Online Coaching?
You hire a trainer (me) to write training programs designed to achieve your own personal goals. You also receive nutritional guidance as well as motivation and access to contact me with questions, tips, etc. Goals of any kind can be achieved such as weight loss, weight gain, strength training, bodybuilding, athlete training, etc.
What are the benefits of online coaching?
One of the greatest benefits of online coaching is the pricing flexibility. A personal trainer usually charges by the hour whereas if you choose online coach, you will pay a small monthly fee that is a fraction of the cost.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You will pay a monthly fee and can opt out at any time.
