Attacking your health goals can be overwhelming, especially with the enormous amounts of fad diets, quick-fixes and 30-day programs. One of TWAW’s biggest goals is to show people that to achieve their goals it takes hard work, but that work does not need to be complicated. Training With A Why Nutrition Planning clients will achieve their goals by making lifestyle changes. Clients will learn how to develop one healthy nutritional habit at a time before moving on to another habit. The results clients will get through TWAW will be long lasting because of the habit changing approach we use.

TWAW uses a simple and sustainable approach to getting long-lasting results from a personalized Nutrition Plan built specifically for you. Learn more below.

INITIAL ASSESMENT

To build a Nutrition Plan around your goals, clients are first asked to complete a nutrition questionnaire. Providing answers about your health, nutrition preferences, allergies, past dieting, and obstacles will help to drive an in-depth discussion about your own personal plan. During this step, we will uncover and agree upon up to 3 goals you want to accomplish through your TWAW Nutrition Plan. Also, you and your coach will discuss and choose which approach will work best for you: Counting Calories or a One Habit Approach.

CREATING YOUR PLAN

Your Nutrition Plan will be built with a simple and sustainable approach, no matter what strategy you choose. Your Nutrition Plan will focus on making lifestyle changes, which will lead you to habit changing success instead of short-term gratification. While creating your personalized Nutrition Plan, you and your coach will discuss what your preference is when it comes to meal prepping: Do you want to be told what to eat or do you want to be given a list to shop from? Your Nutrition Plan will take in to account your goals as well as your personal preferences. TWAW is here to make this work for you.

SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

One of the greatest tools your will get during your nutrition coaching is 24/7 access to your coach. You will receive weekly updates, assessments, and adjustments, to ensure your plan is on track and progressing properly. You will have 24/7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, nutrition adjustments, and more. Your coach will be available to your 24/7 though the TWAW App, email, texting, or phone calls.
