DO I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES FOR THE NUTRITION PLANNING?
Even though some people do count calories it is not a requirement. It is a requirement however for everyone to record their food in a food log. Counting calories is just one strategy we use at TWAW but is not a requirement.
HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK WILL I TRAIN?
The number of days a client trains depends on their schedule and goals. The coach and client will communicate and decide on the appropriate number of days to train.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
TWAW clients train at many different kinds of locations with different equipment available. While no piece of equipment is absolutely necessary for everyone, depending on the client’s goals, certain equipment may be required to achieve those goals. This will be decided through discussion about the clients goals and needs.
DO I NEED PREVIOUS TRAINING EXPERIENCE?
No previous training experience is needed.
WHAT IF I’M UNSURE OF AN EXERCISE OR TECHNIQUE?
Each exercise prescribed has a matching video available on the TWAW app. When addressing technique on a certain exercise(s) the client may be asked to film him or herself for review so that further discussion between client and coach can take place.

The TWAW coach is available 24/7 through text or email.
WHY IS THERE A 3-MONTH MINIMUM?
At TWAW our mission is to help our clients achieve long lasting results. While there are always exceptions, most goals and results require a step-by-step process that cannot always be rushed. At TWAW we will always be honest about the road ahead, even if you don’t always get the answers you WANT, we feel obligated to give you the answers you NEED to hear. We feel that with a 3-month minimum we can put in place plans and strategies that allow us time to do things the right way; the way that will make results last.
HOW DO WE TRACK PROGRESS?
At TWAW our opinion is if it’s important it needs to be recorded. Our training programs are recorded through logging each and every workout on our TWAW app which is reviewed and updated at the end of each training week. We track nutrition by requiring each client to track their daily nutritional intake, whether tracking calories or not. We also rotate through three measurements (bodyweight, waist and hip measurement, body fat caliper) at the end of each week. Also, each nutritional client will take progress pictures (front, back and side) once a month.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE TRAINING VS. PERSONAL TRAINING?
Online Training is usually much cheaper because of the monthly rate vs. the hourly rate you would normally pay. Online Training clients can also train as many days a week as they want without the monthly fee changing. Also, Online Training sessions can be 100% done on your own schedule. Clients do not have to worry about the coach’s availability.
