One of TWAW’s biggest goals is to show people that to achieve their goals it takes hard work but that hard work does not need to be complicated and overwhelming. Training With A Why Online Training clients will achieve their goals through proven, time-tested methods done consistently and correctly with 24/7 guidance from our coach.

INITIAL ASSESMENT

To build a Training Program around your goals, clients are first asked to complete a fitness questionnaire. Providing answers about your health, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities, training equipment availability, and schedule will help to drive and in-depth discussion about your own personal program. During this step, we will uncover and agree upon up to 3 goals you want to accomplish while training with TWAW.

PROGRAM BUILDING

Your Training Program will be built with a simple, sustainable, and step-by-step approach. The exercises and programming that you will be given will build off one another to continually drive your success. Your Training Program will be built specifically for you and your goals based on the information gathered in step one. To reach your goals and see long-lasting results, we will start slow and progress even slower while always keeping the goal the goal.

SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

One of the greatest tools you will get during your training is 24/7 access to your coach. You will receive weekly updates, assessments, and adjustments to ensure your program is on track and progressing properly. You will have 24/7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise crtiques, adjustments, and more. Your coach will be available to you 24/7 through the TWAW app, email, texting, or phone calls. Your TWAW coach is here for all of your training needs.
